1988年5月20日，時值民主化浪潮席捲台灣，諸多街頭抗議活動，貨車司機邱煌生在「520農運」那天，從雲林載著一卡車白菜北上，要到立法院遊行現場，抗議菜價及進口的衝擊，然而遊行引爆成大規模警民衝突，他被法院以預先藏石塊在貨車中，協助預謀攻擊警察為理由，認定構成妨害公務罪，判處有期徒刑1年4個月。然而，這個案子有許多人工引導的痕跡，將近30年後，2022年4月獲得平反⋯⋯
Comics Social Media Post : The Case of Chiu Huang Shen
On May 20, 1988, when the wave of democratization swept across Taiwan, there were many street protests. On the day of the "520 Peasant Movement", truck driver Chiu drove a truck of cabbage north from Yunlin to the Legislative Yuan to protest the price of vegetables. However, the parade detonated into a large-scale clash between the police and the people. He was sentenced to 1 year and 4 months in prison by the court on the grounds that he had hidden stones in the truck and helped to premeditately attack the police. However, this case has many traces of manual guidance. After nearly 30 years, the case was finally rehabilitated in April 2022.
